At AITMAC LLC, we stand behind our product. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we want to make it right. Please read this Refund Policy carefully to understand your options.

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All paid subscription plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of your first paid charge. If you are not completely satisfied with our Services within the first 30 days, contact us and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

This guarantee applies to:

• Monthly subscription plans (first charge only)
• Annual subscription plans (within 30 days of initial payment)

2. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, you must:

• Submit your refund request within 30 days of the original charge
• Contact us at billing@aitmacllc.com with your account email and reason for the request
• Have a valid paid subscription (free trial charges are not applicable)

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available in the following circumstances:

• Requests made after the 30-day guarantee window has expired
• Renewal charges after the initial subscription period (unless there is a billing error)
• Partial refunds for unused time within a billing period (except where required by law)
• Add-on services or one-time fees, unless explicitly stated otherwise
• Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service

4. Billing Errors

If you believe you have been charged in error (duplicate charge, incorrect amount, or unauthorized transaction), contact us within 60 days of the charge at billing@aitmacllc.com. We will investigate promptly and issue a correction if a billing error is confirmed.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. Cancellation stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund of the current billing period, except within the 30-day guarantee window.

After cancellation, your account remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which it reverts to the free tier or is deactivated.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the funds to appear on your statement.

7. Annual Plans

For annual subscriptions, the 30-day money-back guarantee applies from the date of the annual charge. After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable. We strongly recommend starting with a monthly plan or free trial before committing to an annual subscription.

8. Enterprise Plans

Refund terms for Enterprise plans are governed by the individual contract signed between AITMAC LLC and the customer. Please refer to your contract or contact your account manager for details.

To submit a refund request:

1. Email billing@aitmacllc.com from your registered account email
2. Include the subject line: "Refund Request – [Your Account Name]"
3. Provide a brief description of your reason (optional but appreciated)

We will respond within 1–2 business days to confirm receipt and process your request.
